Swift Solicitors is currently advising Jossey Limited (Jossey), a United Kingdom based Real Estate Development Company on its planned property developments in Nigeria.
The Firm is assisting Jossey in putting together a joint venture property development arrangement in Lagos State.
This landmark real estate venture spanning across commercial and residential sectors, according to Jossey will eventually span across Abuja FCT and Port Harcourt City in Rivers State, South-South region of Nigeria.
Swift Solicitors, is working on the contractual negotiations, due diligence and legal documentation for the collaboration with Nigerian partners.
The Swift Solicitors team will be assisting in structuring the Nigerian subsidiary company, negotiation of the terms and conditions of the commercial agreements as well as equity financing.
The team is led by Williams Ukonu (Managing Partner) and assisted by Associates in the firm.
