Swift Solicitors was consulted and retained by Professional Global Training Limited, a United Kingdom based educational services provider for the recovery of an outstanding debt in the sum of €129, 000 (One Hundred and Twenty Nine thousand Euro).
The debt recovery matter was against GEPetrol Incorporated, the Equatorial Guinea based national oil company.
The matter was eventually settled by GEPetrol upon Swift Solicitors’ intervention and could no longer proceed to contentious phases.
