PRACTICE EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Udeagwu was called to the Nigerian Bar as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2009.

Pursuant to call to Bar, Mr. Udeagwu joined a general advocacy law firm where he cut his teeth in the act of ligation and ADR.

While previous firms he was actively involved in litigation, land instrument documentation and perfection, company secretarial duties and regulatory compliance.

As a seasoned litigator he is a core member of Swift Solicitors’ litigation and alternative dispute resolution team.
