Requirements:

UK Visas & Immigrations have a set rules and requirements a Child Student`s Parent Visa applicant must meet before the visa is granted. These are as follows:

  • The parent must be at least 18 years old as at the time of the application;
  • You are the parent of a child who has, or is at the same time successfully applying for entry clearance or permission to stay as a Child Student;
  • The Child Student’s other parent is not in the UK and is not seeking to come to the UK;
  • The Child Student is aged between 4 and 11 years old and has, or is at the same time applying for, entry clearance or permission to stay, as a Child Student;
  • You intend to live with the Child Student during your stay in the UK;
  • You have enough money to support yourself without relying on public funds;
  • You do not intend to make the UK your main home and have sufficient funds to maintain your main home outside the UK;

  • Child Student`s Parent Visa requirements are generally the same, but circumstances may vary from one person to another, which may warrant specific requirements for some individuals. The supporting documents for satisfying the requirements are also relative. So, the exact requirements you will need to satisfy the UK Visas & immigration may differ in some cases, depending on your circumstances.
